Job Details

In this role you will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures.

A caregiver in this position works onsite at Main Campus, Monday-Friday 8:00am5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
• Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.
• Prepare reports based on analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
• Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and monetary impact.
• Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
• Develop special reports and recommendations.
• Participate in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.
• Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement and/or change.
• Lead project teams to complete elevated level R15 analysis or reports complete with comprehensive recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of and complies with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Conduct presentations and advise others regarding key changes or related issues.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
• Four years of high-level financial analysis experience.
• OR Master's degree and three years of experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and can work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
