You'll Achieve Success by: Being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines; managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education; expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development; working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution; active dental hygiene license in the state of practice; strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
