Delivery Professional - Bulk Driver

Overview

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following position available:

• Monday - Friday, 5:30am until route is complete.
• $23.13 / hour
• Earning Potential: Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks)
• Location: Portland, Oregon area with local routes

Local Routes - Local routes, home daily; we value your weekends and encourage building client relationships face-to-face.

Keep Your Edge - Move efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Stay Fit - Earn health discounts by participating in our Vitality Wellness program, which rewards you for staying active.

Always Learning - On-the-job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operation of our advanced automation.

What Youll Need

REQUIRED:

• Current valid US Driver's License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)
• Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements

PREFERRED:

• 1-2 years of professional driving experience
• Class B or higher
• Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
