As a Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles, delivering parts and products to our professional customers safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include collecting payments on C.O.D. deliveries and managing customer returns.
Competitive Compensation:
- Pay Range: $18.81 - $23.00
- Bonuses may be available based on performance and specific circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
- Utilize handheld devices for delivery management, capturing customer signatures, and completing vehicle inspections.
- Maintain and clean delivery vehicles and perform daily safety checks.
- Secure all company assets, including delivery vehicles, keys, and collected payments.
- Communicate customer requirements and issues to management.
- Assist customers as needed and partake in other store duties such as stocking and merchandising.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A clean driving record aligned with the company’s standards.
- A valid and legally required state driver's license.
- Ability to handle various equipment and tools.
- Bilingual candidates, especially in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
