Delivery Driver Specialist

As a vital part of our operations, you will also ensure timely and safe delivery of our products using company vans or pickup trucks.

Your responsibilities may involve interactions with customers, including minors, and managing cash and various payment methods, along with other valuable items. We prioritize safety and reliability; hence, we conduct a review of criminal history to protect our customers, staff, and business integrity.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently.
• Aim to achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and deliver items promptly and safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Maintain store vehicles and report servicing needs.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules diligently.
• Adhere to all driving laws and safety procedures.
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documents.
• Operate necessary equipment, such as trucks and forklifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is essential.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Previous sales experience with paint and related products is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language is advantageous.
• Spanish language skills are highly valued.
