Your Role as a Delivery Driver:

As a Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to transport and deliver office supplies along your designated route. Depending on volume, loading your truck occasionally may also be necessary.

Safety is our utmost priority, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe practices are upheld, while also embracing and fostering our safety culture.

You'll organize and load products efficiently based on your manifest, optimizing delivery routes and schedules. You'll also serve as a problem solver for our customers, providing top-notch support, accepting product returns, and bringing a positive experience to each delivery. In this role, you’ll truly be our brand ambassador on the road!

What You Bring:

• Safe and courteous driving skills, confident in navigating various weather and road conditions.
• Strong decision-making skills for driving, parking, and engaging with customers.
• A collaborative spirit to build relationships with colleagues and customers while resolving issues.
• Proficiency in using GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) devices.
• Commitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing pre-trip inspections, and reporting maintenance needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record compliant with company policies.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (No THC), as legally permissible.
• Must be able to obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role.
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours as business needs require.
• Able to lift up to 70lbs and push/pull items weighing up to 400lbs with equipment, occasionally managing up to 130lbs.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• At least 21 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of truck driving experience with a 16ft or longer straight truck or similar.
• Experience with high-volume package delivery.
