As a Defense Mission Expert, you'll bring your leadership and expertise to work alongside thought leaders in on projects for the DoD. Bring your Air Force leadership and operational Electronic Warfare (EW) mission experience to radically improve the Air Force's combat lethality. At Booz Allen you'll drive innovation into our growing Electro-Magnetic Battle Management (EMBM) EW and weapon system program, influencing state-of-the-art systems design to ensure our solutions deliver effective mission outcomes at the speed of relevance.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with tactical or operational Air Force EW weapon system operations
- 5+ years of experience leading Squadron and Wing level Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) integration and modernization
- Experience directing Air Force EW Advanced Program activities to achieve multi-platform systems or mission integration
- Ability to articulate Air Force plans, policy barriers, and opportunities to achieve integrated EW that enables JADC2 effectiveness and Title 10 / 50 integration
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with tactical aviation EW weapon system operations in multiple AORs
- Experience with Air Force and Joint Exercises supporting EW activities
- Experience with international EW warfare operational integration and foreign military sales
- Master's degree
- Completion of U.S. government rapid acquisition innovation training

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
