In this rewarding position, you will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering personalized therapeutic care aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall functionality for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with physical therapists to carry out customized treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
Guide and motivate patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises, promoting improvement in mobility and strength.
Track and report patient progress throughout therapy sessions, documenting observations for the supervising therapist.
Provide education to patients and their families about exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home.
Ensure a clean and organized treatment space, maintaining all therapeutic equipment in optimal condition.

Work Environment:

Work across diverse settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation facilities.
This role requires physical stamina, as you will assist patients with mobility exercises throughout your shifts.
