Responsibilities:

• Perform manual deburring of intricate medical components.
• Conduct inspections under a microscope to ensure quality and functionality.
• Utilize hand tools and work within a cleanroom environment.
• Assemble components with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure production standards are met for medical devices.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in hand deburring and fine component finishing.
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment is a plus.

Work Environment:

The facility provides contract laser welding, marking, cutting, and engraving services, and is unique with an in-house electropolishing and passivating division. The work environment is strong and stable, offering long-term growth opportunities and ownership committed to the companys future. The preferred shift for this role is the 2nd shift.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Monroe, CT. Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
