Deburring Technician

Are you detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to put your hands-on skills to work in a fast-paced production environment? Staffmark is partnering with our client to find a Deburring Technician who will help deliver precision components that meet the highest quality standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $20/hr

What You'll Do

• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE
• Operate hand tools and powered deburring equipment
• Perform processes such as sanding, tumble deburring, and machine-assisted finishing
• Review job orders and tooling instructions to ensure accuracy
• Select and adjust materials, cleaners, and finishes for quality results
• Load/unload parts from machines and inspect for defects
• Report issues to leads or quality team members
• Support other departments through cross-training and teamwork
• Stay flexible in a high-energy, ever-changing job shop setting

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of related experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
