Day Care Teacher

At The Learning Experience, we're looking for a Day Care Teacher who brings warmth, creativity, and joy to the classroom every day. As an ambassador of happiness, you'll help children explore, discover, and growwhile making a lasting impact on families and your community.

What you'll do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff; model positive behaviors and provide guidance.
• Manage your classroom with carecreating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting to each child's unique needs.
• Communicate regularly with families through our mobile app and daily updates, sharing each child's progress and milestones.
• Partner with center leadership to support goals around learning, enrollment, and family engagement.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, joyful classroom community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience required; 1+ year preferred.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (High school diploma/GED required).
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements.
