After 90 days, paid time off is provided. Role responsibilities include creating a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow; implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum working with infants, toddlers, and preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn; and communicating regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions about child care needs.

Qualifications include six months of childcare/daycare experience preferred, high school diploma/GED required, demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, CPR and first aid certification preferred, and must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
