Day Care Teacher for Infants Wilmington, MA

What Youll Do:

• Lead, guide, and support your classroom team to provide a safe and loving space for infants.
• Implement our award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum, fostering curiosity and early developmental growth.
• Build strong connections with familiessharing daily updates, milestones, and meaningful moments.
• Partner with center leadership to ensure a high-quality learning experience and a supportive workplace culture.
• Serve as a role model, inspiring a lifelong love of learning through play, care, and creativity.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
• High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements for an infant teacher.
