We are seeking a dedicated Data Operator who will utilize Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel, on a daily basis. The role involves handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and adding service tickets. This position operates during the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, in an office-based setting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or internal employees.
• Add and manage service tickets in the central station.
• Participate in a 6-week training program with the manager.
• Adhere to a strict schedule post-training.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in data entry within the past 2 years.
• Customer service experience within the past 2 years.
• Moderate knowledge of Excel, including basic SUMIF formulas.
• Clerical experience within the past 2 years.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with phone systems and handling calls.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance record.

Work Environment:

The work environment is casual, allowing for jeans and a shirt during the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Employees enjoy a four-day weekend once a month. The workplace is UL certified, necessitating that two people are on site at all times.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Evansville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
