What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Provide accurate information on shipments and billing.
• Enter and manage orders using our internal systems.
• Perform detailed data entry using Microsoft Office tools.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data entry and order processing.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
