Data Center Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented *Data Center*
*Logistics Specialist* to support our data center operations. This role
is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining
accurate inventory records, and performing various warehouse-related tasks to
ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Shipping & Receiving*
* Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of IT equipment and supplies.
* Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company and carrier standards.
* Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
* *Inventory Management*
* Track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and consumables.
* *Warehouse Operations*
* Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
* Assist with asset tagging, labeling, and staging of IT hardware.
* *Documentation & Compliance*
* Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and security protocols.
* Maintain accurate logs, shipping records, and inventory reports.
* Support audits and reporting requirements.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or data center environments.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in a data center or IT hardware environment.
* Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
Forklift
certification is a plus
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
