Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data & AI Senior Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role involves working with large datasets, developing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and governance, along with experience in supporting AI and machine learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources while ensuring data quality and integrity.
Clean, validate, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for analysis.
Develop and execute queries and scripts using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Support predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis in partnership with Data Scientists.
Monitor data quality and identify anomalies, recommending corrective actions.
Document business processes, data flows, and requirements for data governance and compliance.
Participate in change control processes and maintain traceability of requirements.
Provide guidance and training on data governance frameworks to stakeholders.
Propose practical solutions to data-related challenges and support process improvements.
Maintain documentation for use cases, policies, standards, and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, data engineering, or analytics projects.
2+ years of experience leading teams on data-related projects and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.
Industry experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
