Cyber Resiliency Consultant

We are seeking a process-oriented consultant to lead and implement a cyber resiliency initiative. This role will focus on designing and operationalizing standards, validation mechanisms, and automation workflows to strengthen asset owner compliance and security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement resiliency expectation standards across multiple gates (e.g., testing through production).
• Integrate requirements into existing channels with clear references to mandatory standards.
• Design and deploy a Security Control Validation survey using the IGRC tool in ServiceNow.
• Build dashboards and tracking mechanisms for overall status visibility.
• Automate email triggers on a quarterly or semi-annual cadence to initiate validation processes.
• Establish and document the end-to-end process within ServiceNow.
• Deliver a comprehensive SOP for team handoff and long-term sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong background in process design and cyber resiliency frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly IGRC modules.
• Ability to avoid manual workflows by implementing scalable automation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow (IGRC, dashboards, automation workflows)
