Located at 237 Birch Street, Blountville, TN 37617 , this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

• Assist customers by answering inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and UniFirst team members.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including follow-ups on outstanding accounts and processing credits and exchanges.
• Support the Sales Department with administrative tasks.
• Conduct basic data entry and various administrative duties.

• Preferred 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting.
• Highly encouraged to have prior accounts receivable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Essential skills include active listening, responsiveness, and a personable demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.).
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as walking short distances and sitting for extended periods.
