Quotation Administrator

Our client, a leader in the industrial services sector, is seeking a Quotation Administrator to join their team. As a Quotation Administrator, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting a newly formed internal quoting team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid 2 weeks in-office training, then 1 day/week onsite)

Pay Range: $20.30 $30.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Handle and process incoming quote request emails
• Generate formal quotations and customer notifications
• Send quotes to customers and follow up on purchase orders
• Coordinate with internal dispatch and service teams
• Support variance analysis and quoting metrics as needed

What's Needed?

• 25 years of experience in a customer relationship role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
