Customer Service Representative (Salt Lake City)

Title: Customer Service Representative - Construction & Industrial Solutions

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104

Duration: 6 Months contract (Potential to Convert to Full-Time)

Note: This is a fully onsite role with light local travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Background in a trade, construction, or hands-on technical field is required (experience with contractors and jobsite workflows is highly valued)

Will be operating a Ford Truck / Ram Truck - no towing is required.

Candidate will only require MRV check, not a DOT physical exam

Location: Fully Onsite MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Potential to Convert to Full-Time

What Youll Do

Support sales reps by visiting customer sites (local travel, ~5%)

Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product questions

Communicate with technicians on the warehouse floor to verify parts and service needs

Coordinate customer service tasks using Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Participate in outside sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., Goodwin Flight Pumps)

Prepare for field travel: Have a valid MVR

Follow safety protocols and wear PPE including safety boots

What Were Looking For

1+ year of Salesforce experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills (phone-based work included)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Background in a trade, construction, or hands-on technical field is required (experience with contractors and jobsite workflows is highly valued)

Willingness to work in a sales-focused role with a hands-on approach

Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment

Knowledge of site plans, construction management, and dewatering pump terminology is a plus

Additional Requirements

Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR

Safety boots required (PPE will be provided as needed)
