- Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Assist with handling the inside sales that come in via phone and walk-ins, and internet leads. Once a project is communicated to you by the customer, the project will then need to be routed to the appropriate salesperson or quoted, put in design, and managed between you and the customer until it is picked up, shipped or installed.
- Communicate with customers about the order status and order pick up, QC incoming orders prior to calling customers.
- Receive customer payments
- Participate in team selling
- Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
- Follow up with dormant customers through phone calls and emails.
- This position manages the front desk and your presence is critical everyday. Front desk sales involves tidy appearance, willing to be on your feet, and friendly personality on the phone and in-person.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Prior experience in health care, construction or event management is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
