Customer Service/Account Representative

The candidate will support the sales and operations teams with customer tasks and orders. They will engage with customers weekly, primarily through email communication, with occasional phone interactions ranging from 5 to 15 calls a day. The role involves some administrative duties, including data and order entry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales and operations teams with customer tasks and order management.
• Communicate with customers primarily through email and occasional phone calls.
• Engage in data entry and order processing tasks.
• Collaborate with operations team to understand product details and customer requirements.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.
• Proficiency in customer service and sales support.
• Strong data entry and order entry skills.
• Ability to use ERP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with the sales and operations team.
• Experience in administrative roles is beneficial.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
