Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the site business office focusing on scheduling logistics, shipping information and report generation.

  Communication with suppliers for load scheduling.

  Administer billing, load allocations and trip tickets.

• n

  Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and is in good order.

  Completing monthly generation reports for suppliers/vendors.

• n

  Creating monthly rental / baler charges, AP manual voucher spreadsheet and entering miscellaneous invoices.

• n

  Compiling and completing End Of Month closing duties.

  n
n
• n

  Completing and posting Sales Accrual data.

  n
n
• n

  Completing Brokerage Sales Accrual data.

  n
n
• n

  Completing JE Stats Accrual (purchase & sales tons).

n

What you need to succeed:

• n

  Intermediate level competence with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

  n
n
• n

  Preferred 1+ years of administrative experience.

  n
n
• n

  Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy and tact when interacting with other employees and customers.

• n

  Good organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on multiple administrative tasks; ability to effectively communicate department policies and procedures.
