Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet and assist visitors at the reception desk
• Prepare quotes for parts and standard products
• Process credit card transactions accurately
• Provide support to the outside sales team with quotes, logistics, and general inquiries

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
