Customer Service Rep

You must be 16 years of age or older. General job duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job.

Communication skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential functions include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing abilities include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions is required. The physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.

No experience is necessary. Full training is provided. Starting pay is $11/hour with pay increase as soon as full training is completed.
