As an Optical Customer Service Consultant at our Silverwater location, you will learn about the optical industry, eye conditions, and optical dispensing. You will be trained to become a Customer Service Representative, the primary contact for customer inquiries via calls and emails, providing technical advice and product recommendations on lens solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Optical knowledge
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems and tools
• High attention to detail
