Position Summary
The Division of EnrollmentManagement is dedicated to serving incoming, current, and alumni students,along with parents, through coordinated efforts between Admissions,Financial Aid, Scholarships, Records and Registration, and other supportorganizations.

Through exceptional customerservice and seamless communication, we strive to create a welcoming and customerservice friendly environment for all students and families by fosteringcollaboration between departments to ensure students receive the guidance andresources needed to achieve their academic goals.
We are seeking an energetic andpersonable student to join our Contact Center Team. In this role,you will assist students, customers, and faculty by responding to inboundcalls, live chat, and instant messaging. In this role you will be providing timely and accurate guidance whiledelivering exceptional and professional customer services.
This position offers valuableinsight into the critical services and operations within Higher Education thatcontributes to student success and retention at the University. You willreceive comprehensive training on various platforms, including Banner,OnBase, Oracle RightNow (live chat), and other technologies to effectivelyassist students.
Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be achieving Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Must be receiving Federal or State Work-Study funding for the aid year.

Work Schedule:
Mon - Friday between 8-5pm. Able to work 12-20 hours per week, fall, spring & summer terms.
Availability to work extraover the summer and winter breaks.

• Customer Service Experience - The ideal candidate willhave prior experience in customer service roles and demonstrate a proven trackrecord of success. They will bring a positive and professional attitude, addingvalue to both customer interactions and team collaboration. Possess a strongcommitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and enhancing the overall student and customerexperience.
• Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skills - Posses strong activelistening skills, clear verbal and written skills, empathy, adaptability, abilitieswith conflict resolution, think quickly to provide effective real time recommendationsand solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Willingness to Learn - Candidates should demonstrate a strongwillingness to learn and embrace new skills and best practices with acommitment to towards continuous growth are highly valued.
• Effective Time Management - Candidates must have strong timemanagement skills, be dependable, effective to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment, and dedicated to self-improvement.
• Technical Proficiency - Candidates will be challenged learningand interfacing with large amounts of information using various resourcematerials and websites. Candidates willbe using various software programs.
