Customer Onboarding Specialist

*Description*
* Schedule onboarding calls and coordinate time zones, resources, and internal stakeholders (NA & UK)
* Host onboarding sessions, guiding advertisers through account setup and best practices
* Provide timely follow-up on action items and support tickets to drive activation
* Adhere to the onboarding playbook and continuously suggest improvements
* Manually track call outcomes and key data points for reporting
* Solution through issues and escalations that may come up during calls
* Log all interactions in CRM immediately to maintain data integrity
* Analyze call trends to surface systemic friction points and recommend fixes
* Capture insights to ensure we can solve for root cause issues
* Support training and QA efforts of AI onboarding tools to scale future support
* Document processes and learnings to help create a scalable framework to onboard customers
* Create training materials and self-serve resources based on knowledge insights
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Experience with adtech or ad ecosystem
* Demonstrated experience hosting client-facing, sales, training or onboarding sessions
* Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic data analysis
* French or German highly preferred
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
