Our client, a leader in industrial facility maintenance, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the facilities support team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.00 + 12% Shift Differential

Shift: 4th Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm

What's The Job?

• Perform light and heavy cleaning duties in industrial settings, including offices, restrooms, and break rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and fixtures through sweeping, mopping, and window washing
• Restock supplies and ensure proper sanitation in restrooms and break areas
• Remove trash and perform special cleaning projects as assigned
• Follow all safety regulations and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Highly responsible and dependable
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
