This position involves tasks that, if performed under the influence of drugs or alcohol, could expose the team member or others to serious bodily injury. This includes roles requiring the operation of machinery, power tools, working at heights, or driving as a regular job function.

Summary: Keeps office building and/or work area in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:

  • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office space.
  • Emptying trash and garbage containers.
  • Maintaining building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
  • Stocking snack and soda machines.
  • Performing limited grounds maintenance.
  • Replacing air conditioner filters.
  • Assisting in sanitation control and checking safety hazards.
  • Notifying management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: No prior experience or training.

Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
