Within your first 18 months of working at Culver's, you can earn an extra $1.50 per hour or more in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations!

Responsibilities:

• Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct of team members, and all other policies consistently.
• Promises to maintain and protect a positive, team-oriented, family-friendly work environment for all.
• Assists guests throughout their dining experience, starting with a friendly greeting, helping with their orders, and providing product knowledge and promotional information.
• Monitors guest satisfaction throughout their visit and addresses any concerns immediately.
• Maintains clean and organized dining room, restrooms, and guest areas throughout shift.
• Supports and works collaboratively with fellow team members.
• Communicates effectively with guests, team and leadership.
• Demonstrates trained food safety knowledge and proper food safety practices.
