FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $37.35 - $52.29 / hour (dependent on relevant experience)

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and ARRT registry eligible with completion of the registry within 12 months in computed tomography (CT)
• State licensure as required by law, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
• ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid for at least 60 days from date of hire

Your Role:

• Provide exceptional imaging and radiologic procedures as part of direct patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new team members within UCHealth.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at the point of care.

Responsibilities as a CT Technologist:

• Review patient history and initiate CT imaging according to physician orders while educating patients about procedures.
• Administer contrast media safely and monitor patient conditions throughout imaging processes.
• Observe and report any changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Implement best practices in Radiology to ensure high-quality imaging and equipment functionality.
• Assist with 3-D post-processing and manage scan result transmissions effectively.
