Computed Tomography Technologist (CTT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Computed Tomography Technologist (CTT) to join our Imaging Department. Under the supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging Manager or Chief Medical Officer, the CTT will perform advanced imaging procedures using specialized CT equipment to produce high-quality cross-sectional images that assist radiologists in diagnosing a wide range of medical conditions. This role also supports general radiology and ultrasound services across ambulatory, primary care, and urgent care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans and plain film x-rays, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address patient questions.
• Evaluate image quality and accuracy; provide technical guidance to staff.
• Demonstrate imaging techniques and equipment usage to team members.
• Implement and monitor radiation safety protocols for patients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., AAAHC).
• Assist in scheduling and workflow management to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Maintain inventory of radiology supplies through approved purchasing channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet departmental production goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Certifications

• CT imaging, radiology, and x-ray expertise
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical and healthcare protocols
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ambulatory, primary care, or urgent care settings
• Familiarity with ultrasound procedures
• Intermediate-level experience in diagnostic imaging

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $89440.00/yr.
