Weekly Hours: 40.00

Salary Range: $32.00 - $46.50

Pay Info: $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year work commitment

Job Summary

As a CT Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality diagnostic computed tomography (CT) scans.
• Utilizing your professional judgment to conduct procedures and provide patient care.
• Initiating life support measures as necessary.
• Effectively communicating with patients, healthcare teams, and family members.

We seek individuals with the skills and knowledge to operate CT equipment efficiently. You should be able to adapt to new technologies and assist in training new personnel. You will also gather information from patients to enhance their personalized care experience.

You will develop a deep understanding of patients' physical and emotional needs, ensuring to work effectively with all age groups.

Job Responsibilities Expandable

Depending on facility needs, responsibilities may include:

• Participating in an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Performing diagnostic radiology procedures and basic radiology tasks.
• Conducting mobile imaging and electrocardiogram (EKG) tasks.
• Assisting with cardiac monitor placement and dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology training program is required.
• Preferably, possess experience in Computerized Tomography (CT).
• ARRT certification is required at the time of hire.
• CT certification preferred within two years to meet accreditation standards.
• North Dakota licensure is required if performing medical imaging in-state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and I.V. certification must be obtained within six weeks of employment.
