Job Description
Strong preference for candidate to live in Charlotte/Atlanta. Provide leadership and support to a team or various teams focused on defining, designing, and implementing industry leading Teammate Readiness strategies to support LOB initiatives, projects, onboarding and other readiness assignments specific to assigned CSBB initiative. Drives efforts to optimize efficiency, quality, client service and investment in future capabilities of the core operational functions of CSBB.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Effectively create, develop and deploy assigned teammate readiness initiatives, projects and assignments and/or creates, trains and supports a consistent teammate onboarding experience for CSBB teammates
- Meets deadlines and milestones in timely manner - includes proactive planning with Implementation Project Manager or Project Managers for key delivery dates and execution
- Effectively communicates with stake holders in planning, deploying and follow up actions to drive full adoption, execution and sustained performance of assigned initiatives to meet BM&E and change management standards
- Builds, creates, reviews and inspects teammates' outputs and deliverables to meet BM&E standards consistently
- Ability to quickly and proactively engage appropriate partners for successful project completion - e.g. SMEs, compliance, Project Managers, other key partners
- Consistently delivers effective written and verbal communications of self, and that of team for each milestone
- Fosters an environment of fair and constructive development support to improve output and performance for teams' development and engagement
- Effectively and actively represent CSBB in key work streams and assigned projects
- Ability to predict, manage and solve for potential road blocks, pitfalls and concerns in projects
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and related training.
- 5 year's Financial Services experience or equivalent work experience.
- Training experience to include instructional design, class facilitation with writing content material for adult learners.
- Thorough knowledge of branch and/or Contact Center operational procedures, policies, etc.
- Proficiency in Computer Applications (Skype/Web Ex, MS Office, Excel and Power Point), Technical, Interpersonal, Problem Solving and ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms.
- Highly developed written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, manage or have experience managing high performing teams.
- Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving success of the project.
- Experience leading project teams.
