JOB SUMMARY
The Cross-Asset Trade Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the processing, reconciliation, and lifecycle management of CDS, Interest Rates, and FX derivative transactions. The role ensures timely and accurate execution of trades, risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The Analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational control, support business process improvements, and provide reporting and metrics to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Process Credit, Rates, and FX novations.
Manage long-term debt and Structured Notes lifecycle events.
Reconcile positions and products daily, including rate reset notices.
Review daily reports to resolve breaks and make necessary trade amendments.
Book and/or instruct the booking of Interest Rate Derivatives.
Manage settlements and control processes.
Support business process improvements including trade flow automation, capacity enhancements, control frameworks, and new business initiatives.
Prepare metrics and reporting for senior management.
Collaborate with trading desk, sales, and other operations groups to ensure proper trade processing and reporting.
Work with trading desk, COO team, and infrastructure groups to support business initiatives and testing.
Manage stakeholder relationships across the business unit.
Assist on issues and provide timely escalation to desk and operations senior management.
Identify and implement continuous improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency and controls.
