Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Position Highlights:

• $20,000 starting bonus (no repayment clause)

• 100% outpatient working with Ortho, General Surgery, Gynecology, ENT, Ophthalmology and Podiatry

• 4 days per-week with NO weekends and NO Overnight Call

• 8 Paid holidays per-year

• Primarily adult anesthesia, with some pediatric cases

• Only 164 shifts per year & ability to pick extra shifts

• Large amount of regional anesthesia / peripheral nerve blocks

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State by start date

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
• Certified by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists or its predecessor; or currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Maintain ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an ASC environment

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $191,500 - $261,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
