Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic vision and initiatives for financial risk modeling
• Lead and inspire teams to develop and validate advanced econometric and AI/ML models
• Drive business growth through innovative client engagement strategies
• Mentor and cultivate future leaders within the organization
• Oversee multiple complex projects, aligning with client needs
• Foster executive-level relationships to enhance client satisfaction
• Promote a collaborative environment where technology and people excel

What You Must Have

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or Statistics preferred
• Demonstrating thought leadership in econometric and AI/ML models
• Leading complex projects and developing new opportunities
• Excelling in business development within consulting
• Proficiency in econometric/statistical and machine learning modeling
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, R, SQL, and Excel/VBA
• Leading and mentoring geographically dispersed teams
• Building reliable client relationships and identifying client needs

Benefits and Additional Information

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
