Counter Sales Representative

Our client, a leading company in the water industry, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join their team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales support department supporting customer service and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Sales Representative

Location: Elkridge, MD

Pay Range: $19 to $21 per hour

Shift: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Process walk-in sales and enter orders into the computer system accurately.
• Assist customers by gathering materials and supporting will call orders.
• Answer phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
• Manage returns to stock and organize inventory efficiently.
• Support inventory management through cycle counts and verifying location codes.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least one year of plumbing experience is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
