The Front Desk Agent is the key to our guest experience, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Provide friendly, outstanding service to guests, enhancing satisfaction.
2. Communication: Convey information effectively; address guest inquiries promptly.
3. Problem-Solving: Resolve guest concerns efficiently by evaluating options.
4. Multitasking: Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs simultaneously.
5. Financial Skills: Understand basic financial information and perform arithmetic as needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
