You'll collaborate with designers, production artists, producers and marketers on a wide range of advertising mediums for both external and internal audiences. You'll have excellent collaboration skills in team and relationship building and a portfolio representing experience in creative for a large, consumer facing brand. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for a variety of channels including digital, print, broadcast, social, and experiential
2. Work independently and as part of a creative team to concept, create and execute advertising and marketing campaigns
3. Push the brand forward through the development of content consistent with creative briefs, strategy and other inputs
4. Collaborate with designers, art directors, strategists, and marketers to concept and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and performance
5. Proactively manage multiple assignments, prioritize and meet deadlines
6. Present ideas and copy to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
7. Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms to inform creative development

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of creative concepting, copywriting and branding experience
• Experience supporting B2C/B2B branding and multichannel campaigns
• Ability to synthesize creative feedback
• Ability to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed organization
• Proven organizational skills and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Proven solid verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize workload within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated portfolio website with examples of produced work

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
