• Pay: $23–$30/hr

• Location: Henrico, VA

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm

• Experience: 5+ years MIG welding/fabrication

• Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and assembly instructions

• MIG and flux core welding on 16 gauge to 0.5” carbon steel

• Design and build fixtures and metal enclosures

• Operate metal fabrication machinery

• Skills:

• MIG and TIG welding

• Blueprint reading

• Use of hand tools and fabrication equipment

Installer

• Pay: $24–$30/hr

• Location: Henrico, VA

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm

• Experience: 5–7 years equipment installation

• Responsibilities:

• Install and set up industrial equipment

• Assemble components per technical drawings

• Perform repairs and maintenance

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude

• Blueprint reading

• Use of hand/power tools

Industrial Electrician

• Pay: $25–$32/hr

• Location: Henrico, VA

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm

• Experience: 5+ years electrical experience

• License: Journeyman Electrician

• Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems and conduit

• Terminate wiring and panels

• Troubleshoot electrical systems

• Skills:

• Electrical theory and methods

• Blueprint/schematic reading

• Use of electrical tools

⚙️ Controls Electrician

• Pay: $25–$32/hr

• Location: Henrico, VA

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm

• Experience: 4+ years electrical assembly

• Responsibilities:

• Assemble control panels and subassemblies

• Install wiring harnesses, sensors, and components

• Perform crimping, soldering, and documentation

• Skills:

• Electrical/mechanical assembly

• Troubleshooting

• Blueprint and wiring diagram interpretation

Industrial Painter

• Pay: $18–$26/hr

• Location: Richmond, VA

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4pm–2am

• Experience: 3+ years industrial painting

• Responsibilities:

• Apply paint to various surfaces

• Mix coatings and prep surfaces

• Use spray guns and masking techniques

• Skills:

• Paint prep and sanding

• Rust removal and surface finishing

• Equipment setup and cleanup
