Controller Lead Finance with Impact in a Collaborative Manufacturing Environment

We're looking for a hands-on Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. This is a high-impact, onsite role where you'll partner closely with leadership, guide financial strategy, and lead a small but mighty team.

What You'll Do

• Own the Numbers: Lead all accounting functions including AP, AR, Payroll, Inventory, and Costing.
• Drive Strategy: Develop internal controls, manage enterprise risk, and deliver insights that influence key decisions.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with the President and Directors to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Lead the Budget Process: From annual planning to monthly audits, you'll ensure financial discipline and agility.
• Champion Technology: Oversee ERP systems, recommend upgrades, and reduce downtime and cybersecurity risks.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor product line profitability, manufacturing variances, and drive cost productivity programs.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with manufacturing experience required.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership in ERP implementation and financial systems management.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master's preferred).
• A passion for continuous improvement, KPIs, and operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $57.00/hr.
