Controller Position At St. Mary's Regional Medical Center

Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, is currently recruiting for a Controller at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK. St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is a 245-bed hospital that offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient medical services to residents of Northwest Oklahoma.

The Controller job responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct oversight of the finance department including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Decision Support staff.
• Interacting with all Hospital departments ensuring proper utilization and accounting of Hospital capital and operating resources in accordance with Corporate and Hospital financial policies and procedures.
• Active participation and possible oversight for different components of the Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain within the organization including: Business Office, Care Management, Health Information Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement, and Materials Management/Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience coordinating and/or supervising acute care hospital/medical center finance staff.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Computer hardware/software skills required.
• Education required: Bachelors degree. CPA preferred.
