Starting Pay $22.40/hr plus $2.00 shift premium
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring product throughout the processing phase. Individual will maintain communication with all production team members to coordinate equipment adjustments as needed. Responsible for the operation of computer PLC's. Requires documented previous floor experience in multiple areas of a rendering facility. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Must have 6 months industrial machine operator experience listed on application and 6 months of continuous work history with 1 employer within the last 2 years.
