Contents & Pack Out Team Lead

The Contents & Pack Out Team Lead is responsible for tracking and documenting all aspects of the contents handling and processing on a project. This team lead will manage teams within the structure/project and audit documentation and reports and provide them daily for the project file.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluates all content inventory related activities for the commercial project.
• Supervises the documentation of all content inventory within the structure.
• Supervises individuals involved with content inventory.
• Tracks the progress of all contents through the moving, cleaning or deodorization process.
• Documents all non-salvageable contents within the commercial project.
• Reports to the APM on the daily activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
• Multi or Bi-lingual language skills are preferred but not required.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills.
• Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents.
• Intermediate organizational skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Should attain the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
