Your future duties and responsibilities

• Operationalize TSAs and CAs by developing: End-to-end process maps; Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for functional teams (network, IT, finance, operations, supply chain, customer care); Workflows, SLAs, obligations, and controls tied to each agreement
• Build and maintain a risk and dependency log to highlight obligations and handoffs
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business, IT, and legal teams to align interpretation of agreements with operations
• Deliver comprehensive documentation packages and support final handover to client teams
• (As needed) Assist in drafting/refining agreements in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 5–10+ years of experience in process design, M&A integration, or contract operationalization
• Proven ability to translate legal/contractual language into executable workflows and controls
• Strong knowledge of telecom functions and systems (OSS/BSS, billing, customer care, network operations) preferred
• Experience with process mapping/ (tools) and documentation standards
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional communication skills
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and overall Program Management

• Commercial agreements operationalization guide
• Risk and dependency log
• Final handover to Client

Other Information

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $121,900.00.
