Construction Superintendent

Job Location: Annapolis, MD, Northern VA
Job Salary: $120k - $160k DOE
Requirements: 10+ years of commercial construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Lead and manage site teams, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication.
• Interpret and review blueprints and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for the project.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and construction documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
