Our client, an industry leader in construction and data center infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their project management team supporting construction operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

What’s the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and operating workers on‑site.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve construction methods, equipment performance, and project quality.
• Review project operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve construction or processing issues.
• Develop and oversee project tracking and quality control systems, analyzing construction, quality, and maintenance data to detect issues.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances to maintain a productive work environment.

What’s Needed?

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• Associate’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, change management, and familiarity with ARIBA.
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
